FreeForm Functional Training is run by Niall Newport, a movement specialist incorporating strength and flexibility training for injury prevention, pain-free movement and sports rehabilitation. Niall’s focus is to help people keep away from injury and continue to do the things they love without the tedious prehab and rehab exercises! His passion is driven from his own love of adventure sports. He is a keen trail runner, surfer and mountaineer (including first ascents of peaks in Greenland) and has covered over 20,000km in a number of long distance bikepacking tours.
