She Runs: Cardiff is a women only social running group based in Cardiff. We are a supportive, inclusive and friendly running community, set up for the benefit of our health, wellbeing and happiness. #forthejoyofrunning
We hold twice weekly runs in various locations on a Wednesday evening at 730pm and a Sunday morning at 8am. We offer a walk to run group (at set times through the year), social 5k, speed & hill sessions and trail runs. Spaces must be booked in advance via Spond. We also hold virtual runs on Sunday and Wednesday where we share our solo runs within our Facebook group for those who can’t make an in-person run.
**Please note all our social runs are at your own risk but our Walk to Run, Hill, Speed & Trail sessions are run by a fully qualified LiRF (Leader in Running Fitness) or CiRF (Coach in Running Fitness).**.
