Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing (TMW)
What is TMW?
TMW is a simple sequence of movements with origins in both Tai Chi and Chi Kung which promotes physical & emotional health & wellbeing.
The gentle movement are easy to follow & no previous experience is necessary.
The movement is linked to our breath and by following the easy flowing gestures, it promotes relaxation to both mind and body.
TMW can benefit everyone, regardless of your age and mobility as the sequence can be taught both sitting and standing.
Feel free to come along to the taster session on Saturday 5th October at 10:20 in the Taff Suite at Sophia Gardens. You are more than welcome 😊
