Cardiff Muslim Runners welcome all abilities and offer free sessions led by qualified run leaders. The group was set up to encourage men of the Muslim and BAME community to get together for a social run.
The club meets every Sunday at 10:30 am outside Penylan Library, CF23 5HW.
