HELPU – Men’s Mental Health Hub for Wales

Born from a group of compassionate people who recognised there wasn’t a comprehensive platform for men grappling with their mental well-being.

Our aim is to create a one-stop space offering stories, support and valuable resources for those in need.

Helpu offers unique content and signposts to trustworthy resources to help men in Wales live happier and healthier lives, regardless of the obstacles they may face. We want to help men develop better strategies so they have the knowledge and support they need to address their mental health problems, rather than trying to go it alone.
