About me: I discovered running when I turned 30 and have not looked back ever since. I am just a regular guy who enjoys all types of running but I have a huge passion for trail running. I have been lucky to run in some amazing places and work with awesome brands as well as people. My passion of late has been trying to help others discover their passion for running/movement and giving back to the running community be it pacing at events/park runs, leading social trail runs and just sharing what I have learnt through my running journey.
