Efficient Fitness is run by Jess, who writes “I’ve been a personal trainer and coach for the past 3.5 years. I hold a degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy from Solent University, where I developed a strong interest in injury rehabilitation—a skill I often apply with my clients.
I work with individuals pursuing various goals, including weight loss, strength building, performance enhancement, and muscle development. My approach is comprehensive, tailored to fit clients’ busy lives and diverse schedules.
I’m also passionate about pre- and post-natal fitness, helping pregnant women stay confident and active throughout their pregnancy and ease back into exercise postpartum.
Recently, I transitioned to online coaching, which has been fantastic. It allows me to support clients worldwide with exercise postpartum, personalised nutrition plans, and ongoing guidance to achieve their goals.
I’ve been passionate about running since 2022, completing two half marathons and a Hyrox race, with two more Hyrox events planned for this year.
