Tom Hales is a strength and fitness coach and founder of the Everyday Athlete, a Cardiff based coaching service that helps runners and other adventurous, ambitious people use strength training to improve their performance and longevity and, ultimately, have more fun!
The EA was founded on the principle of physical freedom – training to be physically well prepared to do anything, at any time and enjoy it.
