Our running club is called Runners High. We are a no-expectation running club focused on creating a fun and social environment for runners of all levels, particularly beginners. Our
focus is to encourage everyone to get out, enjoy running, and connect with others. We prioritise making friends, enjoying being outdoors, and celebrating each other’s achievements— Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, connect with new people, or simply escape the daily grind, you’ll find a welcoming place at Runners High.
We typically meet twice and week, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, running approximately 5k each time. However, we are flexible and can adjust the distance based on the preferences and abilities of our group members.
